Organized Networks Certification

Scope of Certification

Organized Networks Certification attests to the ability of organizations operating through networks of partners, craftsmen, or companies to ensure consistent levels of quality, safety, and reliability for the products and services offered on the market.

The scheme is applicable to a wide range of sectors and can be adapted to the specific needs of each organization, combining general control requirements with the product and/or service specifications defined by the leading company.

Certification involves the assessment of both the network leader, responsible for managing and coordinating the network, and the network operators, verifying the effective implementation of established procedures and requirements.

Benefits of Certification

Certification enables organizations to:

  • ensure consistent and uniform quality levels throughout the network;
  • define shared criteria for the management of processes and services;
  • strengthen customer confidence through structured supply chain control;
  • improve coordination between the network leader and network operators;
  • demonstrate commitment to quality, safety, and compliance with applicable requirements through independent assessment.

The certification assessment verifies the main organizational, technical, and management aspects of the network.

  • conformity of products and/or services with applicable mandatory and voluntary requirements;
  • control of production processes and operating methods;

  • control of storage conditions for products and materials;
  • definition of procedures and criteria for the qualification and monitoring of the network.
For network operators:
  • availability and correct application of the technical documentation provided by the network leader;
  • compliance with the operating procedures established by the network;
    management of required records;
  • correct storage conditions for products and materials;
  • use of approved materials, components, and accessories only;

Eligible Organizations

The certification is intended for companies that market products and/or provide services through organized networks consisting of independent operators, craftsmen, or structured companies, and that wish to ensure a coordinated quality management model throughout the entire network.

The Organized Networks Certification scheme provides an effective tool for defining shared rules, monitoring compliance with established requirements, and ensuring the ongoing conformity of processes, products, and services delivered by the network.

Examination of the application and documentation sent by the Company, listed in the "Special rules" specific to the product to be certified. Any deficiencies and significant deviations from the requirements, found at this stage, will be communicated so that the appropriate changes can be introduced before the assessment visit is carried out. If the results of the visit include non-conformities or observations, a corrective action plan will be required to meet the requirements for the issue of the product certificate. After all the non-conformities that may have emerged from the assessment visit have been passed, and after the positive outcome of the laboratory tests, certification will be granted. The issue of the certificate will be followed by surveillance visits to verify that compliance is being maintained. The frequency of surveillance visits and laboratory tests, if any, is fixed by the special rules applicable.
