CSI's Managing Director has stated the following strategic objectives:

  • to take greater care over the customers'needs as a strategic committment within the role of certification Body
  • to improve the internal management and, through it, the efficiency and the effectiveness of the organization respecting the accreditation norms, the requirements stated by the accreditation Body and all the applicable compulsory rules
  • to raise the quality level of the offered services, as compared with the achieved one
  • to involve to a greater extent the personnel through motivation and becoming friendly with the system documents.
