The Managing Director of CSI's Testing laboratory has stated the following strategic objectives:
- to increase the number of customers through the quality of the results and the improvement of the offered services
- to improve the internal management and, through it, the efficiency and the effectiveness of the organization respecting the reference norm UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 and all the applicable compulsory rules
- to raise the quality level of the offered services, without any departure from the quality level of the service described by the general terms of sale
- to involve to a greater extent the personnel through motivation and becoming friendly with the system documents
