On October 27th CSI, in cooperation with GSICA, organizes thel 3rd Topic of Shelf Life "Aspects of Microbiology and Hygiene in Shelf Life studies", focused on the hygienic and microbiologic problems.
Like the two events already occurred ("Permeability, tightness and internal atmosphere of food packaging" and "Sensorial analysis : from subjective impression to objective reality") the meeting connects specific speeches to exhaustive theoretical papers, presented by experts of techniques, instrumentations and procedures.
The meeting will take place in Bollate CSI's seat, having recourse to both the seminar facilities and the laboratories.
