The isothermic vehiches division laboratory performs the following tests and verifications:
- Verifications and tests, according to ATP international norm, on trucks for the transportation of perishable foodstuffs.
- Issuing of the test document, valid for the Ministry of Transportations, for the ATP certification having a duration of 6 years for all types os isothermic trucks (thermal transmitttance tests and efficiency of refrigerators and refrigerating fluids).
- Test for the homologation of isothermic vehicles, thermally insulated vehicles, tanks.
- Verifications and tests of temperature recorders on isothermic trucks, according the national and international norms for the homologation of the device by the Ministry of Indusdtry, Depatment of weights and measures.
- Tests of thermal conductivity on flat plate and of cylindric geometry on pipes according to italian norms and to ASTM for the determination of "lambda" factor. Tests on shutters according to national and international norms.
