CSI, through its Certification Division, is accredited by SINCERT, the national Body for the accreditation of the certification organization. The accreditation certifies the competence, the independence and the adequacy of the organization according to the European norms UNI CEI EN 45011 and UNI CEI EN 45012.
SINCERT accreditation is recognized:

• in the states of European Community and of EFTA in virtue of mutual recognition agreement (MLA) signed by SINCERT and the other accreditation Bodies members of EA association (European co-operation for Accreditation)
• all over the world in virtue of of the international agreement of multilateral mutual recognition (ILAC arrangement) signed by SINCERT and the other accreditation Bodies members of ILAC (international Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation).
